Motion Graphic Designer

Exp.- 1 year to 10 years
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Design Lead to design & deliver video & motion graphic projects (including animation) end to end, from initial concept through shipping and beyond.

  • Create original, fully, and harmonised motion graphics-based videos that incorporate animation, shoot footage, stock media, product UI representations, workflow visualisations and more.

  • You have the flair of craftsmanship to produce the motion graphics for websites, product graphics, social media and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates, infographics etc.

  • Consult with marketing, copy-writing and sales teams to create cohesive videos that reflect our corporate cultures and goals.

  • Work with the digital head & digital marketing team to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs stories

  • Design projects to make simple, elegant creatives based on our complex automation and machine learning technology

  • Keep up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics, animation & Video Editing.


What you’ll need:
 
  • Must have experience from Designing for a Website as a product company, preferably a Digital Marketing Platform.

  • A minimum of 5 year’s relevant experience in a motion graphic designing position (not print media)

  • Extensive experience working with design software and technologies e.g. Adobe creative suite like After Effects, Premiere Pro and Illustrator specifically for explainer videos, employer branding videos, platform product tutorials, social media campaigns etc.

  • Showreel that shows After Effects & Compositing portfolio (even experimental work)

  • In-depth knowledge & experience designing creative posts for various social media platform: Facebook & Instagram, Google Display Ads, Email Marketing Campaigns

  • Extensive experience with Illustrator; Photoshop, specifically with mock-ups, webpage design and social media posts/campaigns

  • Strong creative sense of understanding of the digital space.

Social Media Manager

About the role:

As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction & execution of the company’s overarching social media/content strategy to build social plans, manage campaigns and work on strategic projects to improve and innovate on marketing
efforts.

Job Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Timings: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm; Monday to Friday

Responsibilities :
● Create comprehensive social media strategies aligned with short-term and long-term business goals.
● Plan and execute content calendars for various social media platforms.
● Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos,
videos, and news).
● Collaborate with other departments (e.g., content, design, client side) to manage brand consistency.
● Grow subscriber base by providing them regular, helpful content that’s in-tune with their needs.
● Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media
platforms.
● Foster strong relationships with the online community by engaging in relevant
conversations.
● Analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Zoho social, or
Sprout Social.
● Prepare and present reports on social media ROI, KPIs, and metrics.
● Stay current with social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices.
● Implement new strategies to improve social media performance.
● Plan and execute paid social media boosting campaigns.
● Track and report on campaign performance and budget management.

Requirements and skills
● 2+ years of combined product and strategic social media marketing experience
delivering highly successful client acquisition and engagement strategies, with a focus on B2B marketing.
● Track record of demonstrable business results through testing and deploying effective marketing campaigns across different channels- organic & paid media.
● To be a Master storyteller: Craft a compelling narrative across different channels – you know how to match the message to the medium.
● Ability to move fast, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic startup environment where you derive priorities, requirements, and goals from company context
● Strong interpersonal skills: experience collaborating successfully with diverse
cross-functional teams.
● Bachelor’s/PG degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Content Writer

About the role:

As Content Writer , you will have a direct hand in Onads success as you’ll liaise with the Content Team to execute the company’s content-marketing strategy and work on strategic contents to improve and innovate on our marketing efforts. Candidates will be experts on social media content, writing for blogs, digital marketing platforms, Digital ad copies , etc.

About you & What you’ll do:

Content Writing & Creation
➢ Write compelling and clear copy to drive value across mediums including blogs, digital campaigns, video scripts, web pages, email, and others
➢ Write long-form content such as thought leadership, articles, and blogs
➢ Demonstrate flexibility in being able to balance multiple projects, changing priorities, and occasionally ambitious deadlines while still maintaining the highest standard of quality and unfailing attention to detail
➢ Become a specialist in our audience segments, relentlessly seeking data and relevant trends to make decisions that improve the impact and effectiveness of content concepts and copy across mediums
➢ Adapt or create content for omni channel marketing, i.e. for Web content, Social Media, Advertisements, Videos, Emails etc.
➢ Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
➢ Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
➢ Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

Market Research – Study the market regularly to maintain their knowledge of audience trends and consumer behavior, as well as performing competitor research to stay abreast of what marketing channels are trending. Also, gather data and information using different methods, such as questionnaires, focus groups, or market analysis surveys, which can then be used to optimize campaigns to target specific audiences.


Webinars and Presentations -The role involves creations of presentations and delivering webinars around various topics of interest to our end clients, revolving around online advertising and digital marketing. The candidate should be good at making presentations and presenting them with confidence.


What you’ll need:
● A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in Content-Marketing, Communications, Content-Creation, or related field.
● Knowledge about curating eye-catching content around digital advertising and
marketing.
● Portfolio of published articles/work samples around the same
● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass- Communications, Advertising or equivalent
● In-depth knowledge of content development, content strategy, social media, data and analytics and listening platforms, and content and social standard methodologies
● Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills, a requirement.
● Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organised, hands-on experience.

Client Servicing Internship

About the role:

You will identify new sales opportunities, establish trust, rapport and build relationships with potential customers to close deals. This role is dynamic in nature and its essence lies in the interpersonal  and intrapersonal relations that one makes as a part of the regular work, ultimately leading to a fruitful learning curve in the long run of career.


About you & what you’ll do:
1. Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
2. Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
4. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.
5. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends.

What you’ll need:
1. A hunger for new opportunities to pave the way for driving business up, deemed essential to a high-growth startup environment.
2. Excellent communication and influencing skills, and ability to present advertising solutions to multiple audiences.
3. Understanding of the fundamentals of Digital Marketing/Advertising.

Stipend: 10,000 per month
